I am going to hold pre-opening class.
In the class I will serve you such as…
.explain about dashi and Japanese food
.taste and prepare the dashi ingredients
.cook dashi by yourself and make miso-soup
.eat homemade Japanese foods(e.g. Tempra, Tofu)
And after the class, I would like you to answer a questionnaire.
