Dashi Lesson in Kyoto

Hello, I’m Aki, Dashi Kitchen Manmaru.

I had a dashi lesson at Premarche Academy in Kyoto, on May 29th, 2017.

I told about dashi, Japanese soup stock, with historical and cultual

background.

 

And I explained and taste each ingredients for dashi.

 

Make dashi with Kombu and Katsuobushi by themselves.

Make miso-soup with favorite dashi by themselves.

And eat rice-bowl and miso-soup and a vegetable dish.
